In case you lost your ERNA-password you are able to create a new one using the following procedure.
- Requirement: You must have registered your dutch mobile number or private email before. If you haven't, you are not able to use this procedure and you have to contact the servicedesk.
- Enter your ERNA-ID in the form below.
- Depending on the available information, you will be asked for you mobile number or private email address
- You will receive an activation code, this code will be valid for 24 hours.
- Enter the activation code in the next form.
- Your new password will be displayed on-screen. Keep this in a safe place.
