In case you lost your ERNA-password you are able to create a new one using the following procedure.

  1. Requirement: You must have registered your dutch mobile number or private email before. If you haven't, you are not able to use this procedure and you have to contact the servicedesk.
  2. Enter your ERNA-ID in the form below.
  3. Depending on the available information, you will be asked for you mobile number or private email address
  4. You will receive an activation code, this code will be valid for 24 hours.
  5. Enter the activation code in the next form.
  6. Your new password will be displayed on-screen. Keep this in a safe place.
